The Ministry of Rum

 

I was happy to see a mention on the Ministry of Rum on Now Public, a Web log for New Yorkers, which in turn snagged the mention from Serge The Concierge, a Web site promoting Serge's business of running errands and acting as concierge for individuals in North Jersey.

 

The Ministry of Rum is one of my favorite sites, with detailed information on rums from Guadeloupe, Marinitique, and much of the rest of the world. Ed provides link to local celebrations where rum is appropriate (New York Rumfest, Bastille Day in New York, Canada Day), and he offers rum-related items for sale at his site.

 

It's nice to see that the Ministry of Rum is getting mentioned on the Web, and I hope people will learn about the wonderful quality of rhum agricole.
